The in-room coffee had the perfect flavor. if you like the taste of chalk.

My stay was nice here. Fairly clean hotel, appreciated to be near to the airport runway, and convenient for traveler thanks to marvellous location. My bed was comfy and the room was perfectly clean. The soft drinks in pool bar were very welcome.

we had a comfortable stay in this wonderful hotel. its location was marvellous and good, to the baggage claim area, and in a domestic area. btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the property.

I loved the spacious single room with a large shower and how well it was arranged.

Oh, but the mosquitoes in the room were such great companions during my stay.

I recently stayed at Grace 21 Smart while on a business trip to Dhaka. The hotel's location was perfect for me, just a block away from the main highway and close to the airport. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout my stay, from arranging airport pickup to assisting with finding transportation around the city. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I also appreciated the free airport pickup and the convenience of having an ATM nearby.

This hotel offers a fantastic location, being conveniently close to the airport and within easy reach to local restaurants. The staff is friendly and tries to satisfy guests' needs as soon as possible, with some offering to provide hot water from the kitchen during a shortage. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable, with some having ample space. The breakfast buffet is excellent and affordable. The shuttle service provided is a great bonus too.

The hotel’s restaurant had a great menu selection. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb. The location is very convenient, being just a stone’s throw away from the city center.

The noise levels were incredibly high all day, keeping me up at night. The single bed room was far too small and overpriced, and the staff was unprofessional.

Great service by the hotel staff! We had a problem with our room key cards not working, but the staff promptly sent someone with new keys. They were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
